Conceptual Design

We excel in taking a client’s ideas and bringing them to life through careful planning, thought and consideration. The conceptual design is usually the first step in a much larger process involving construction documents, permitting and construction management, however it can also stand alone to sell an idea to investors or future clients.

Interior Design

We help our clients determine spacial requirements and assist in the selection of finishes and furnishings to create a cohesive design. We excel in carefully considering every client’s needs to ensure a space is both beautiful and functional. Interior design services start with the creation and evolution of a concept. From there we develop construction documents, assist with obtaining a building permit, and monitor the construction process until it is a fully built environment.

Procurement

We work with our clients to determine an FF+E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) package that meets the needs of the project and the program. Furnishings coordinate with the overall design aesthetic found in the project. Office of Design will coordinate the selection, purchase, warehousing, delivery and installation of the FF+E package for the project.
